3L Sarca Srl is divided into three production departments:
AUTOMATIC LATHES DEPARTMENT: composed by 26 automatic mechanical and CNC single-spindle lathes that can work bars from a diameter of 3 mm up to 60 mm and that can turn brass, aluminium, stainless steels, special steels and plastic materials such as POM and PTFE.
TOOL MACHINES DEPARTMENT: made up of 20 machine tools (drills, transfers, milling machines, threading machines, etc.) to perform operations such as threading, milling, following the turning operation.
In a second plant, we have CNC turning lathes and CNC milling machine. We produce, for example, aluminium heat sinks, spotlights in stainless steel etc. to work diameter over 60mm up to 140 mm
ROLLING TUBES DEPARTMENT: composed of 10 machine tools (cutters, automatic rolling machines and manual rolling machines) dedicated to the production of rolled tubes and tiges, with threads 8X1, 10X1, 13X1, ¼ gas etc. used mainly by the lighting industry.
